Tesla uses this recruiting service to find talent

Talent acquisition technology a nearly $25 billion industry, according to research firm Talent Tech Labs, which is tracks 900 such companies. If you’re looking for a sales job at Tesla, you might consider going through Jobsuitors. For example, Switch uses a Tinder-like interface that allows job seekers and employers to swipe right or left to make a match. The electric car company is using the recruiting app to source positions for its U.S. sales team. Also, earlier this month, Jobsuitors signed a deal with coworking space AlleyNYC to put job listings from the companies it represents on Jobsuitors.

Whitetruffle Switches Business Models And Launches A Free Version Of Its Job-Matching Tools

Companies can actually can post one job listing from a single account for free, and then pricing starts at $660 per month. Whitetruffle works as a matching service between job listings and candidates. But it’s hoping to get even bigger (especially on the employer side) with the launch of a free plan. Users can create anonymous profiles, then the company says it looks at more than 50 categories to identify likely candidates for a job. Companies get to see candidates’ qualifications, but their name and contact info is hidden until both sides agree to the match.
